**Turn times are based on business days, and estimates may vary depending on factors such as daily loan volume. All turn times are based on Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Initial Underwriting

For newly submitted loan applications that are moved to Underwriting status by 3 PM local time, the next business day will count as the first day of the stated turn time; loan will be underwritten by end of business on the day indicated by the stated turn time. New submissions moved to Underwriting status after 3 PM local time or on a weekend or holiday will be treated as though they were uploaded the following business day.

Conditions – Clear To Close (CTC)

The following business day represents the first day of the stated turn time for condition packages uploaded before 3 PM local time, and the loan will be underwritten by end of business on the day indicated by the stated turn time. If condition packages are uploaded after 3 PM local time, it will be treated as though it was uploaded the following business day.
